Stimulate not simulate!
Some science software simulates science experiments but this gives students no practical experience of real investigations or considerations such as fair testing and safety. eXperiment! uses words, images and movies to guide the student from science principles through their own prediction, experiment, results and conclusions.

It’s so easy!
Smart and efficient microelectronics controlled directly by eXperiment! means your sensor simply plugs straight into the computer’s USB port via the SensorLink adapter supplied. It takes its power from the PC, so there are no controls. One, two or three SensorLinks can be used in the same computer to display, datalog and save up to three sensors’ results simultaneously.

Classroom or a portable lab?
eXperiment! works with most desktop PCs used in the classroom, but the new compact tablet and notebook PCs can make an ideal portable lab. Because sensors plug directly into the PC using the SensorLink there are no extra datalogging boxes, cables or power supplies to worry about, so now wherever your PC goes your lab can go too. Some of the investigations included in eXperiment!

Computer system requirements
eXperiment! runs on Windows PCs running Windows 98SE, 2000, XP with Quicktime® and minimum 300Mhz processor speed (700Mhz + recommended) and a minimum 800x600 colour screen. The PC will require an unused USB port for each SensorLink being used (or hub).
